What Happens Next?
Within 1 Business Day: Our Team will submit your claim information to the Class Administrator within 1 business day.
Within 1 Business Day: We’ll email you to let you know the submission was made.
Typically Within 10 Days: We’ll monitor your claimant account and advise you of any update via email. If there are any questions from the Claim Administrator we’ll contact you via phone and email. Once your claim has been approved, we’ll contact you via phone and email.
Within 14 Days: We’ll email you within 14 days to touch base and inform you of any progress or lack of progress just to keep you in the loop and let you know we haven’t forgotten about you.
After That: We’ll email you every week just to let you were things stand. Once we hear back, positively or negatively we’ll communicate what we’ve learned immediately.
Settlement Claims Must Be Filed On Or Before May 31, 2024.
